Lance Redeker, a 20-something year old artist from NorCal, continues his artistic ascension with his latest release "No Sense", an r&b/pop/indie flavored love song. Listen below.
Captivating, infectious, innovative, these are words I would use to describe “No Sense”, the latest track from musical treasure Lance Redeker. Known for crafting impressively catchy melodies, and of course his impeccable signature vocal timbre, the Californian artist has returned from a short hiatus to release his first record of 2023.
“No Sense” by Bay Area native Lance Redeker is a heartfelt message to a lover, dressed up in elements of modern r&b and alternative indie nobleness. Lance spills his heart out as soon as the song begins with opening lyrics, “it makes no sense I let you back inside / after you break me down I barely make it out alive”. The song, co-written by Redeker and Christian Briones, further charms the ear via tantalizing guitars, groovy moving bass part, a much appreciated shaker, and layers of rich vocal adlibs provided by the talented singer. Lance Redeker, self-described as a pop artist, is one of the most innovative artists
currently gracing the Southland. Pookie actually had the pleasure of seeing Lance Redeker perform live on Sunset Blvd at Ziggy Hotel at WFNM Music Discovery Showcase a few nights ago, where he impressively closed out the night.
If you didn’t know Lance Redeker before, now you do. Pookie highly suggests you make yourself known to one of the greatest artists we’ve discovered as of late, check out Lance Redeker’s latest single "No Sense" and more music here.
